SHIPPING POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please give us ample of time to pack and ship your order(s).
Our website offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150 WITHIN CANADA. Bella Amore Skin - Toronto reserves the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days using Canada Post, Sendle Services, and Stallion Express. www.BellaAmoreSkinToronto.com orders are shipped every Fridays (excluding federal and major holidays) - So, if you order Monday to Thursday, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt - meaning, tracking numbers will be provided and it will be shipped every Fridays (processing time does not include weekends). If you chose Sendle Services, your parcel will be picked up the next business day and shipping days will depend on where you location is. All orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped on Fridays.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Overnight service and second day service are NOT available.
IN PERSON PICK UP AND DELIVERY
We are based in Guelph, Ontario. If you reside in the neighbouring area , you are welcome to schedule a pick up or a local delivery for free on your first order and within 10km radius from our address. If your address exceeds more than 10km, we charge 0.50 cents per km. If you wish to pick up your order, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY on our facebook, email or instagram account to confirm before placing any order.
For Website pick-up orders: Please wait for our email instructions of the pick-up location and if your order is ready for pick-up. Please WAIT for our CONFIRMATION that your order is ready for pick up. Do not show up at the pick up location WITHOUT confirming the TIME and DATE of your order pick-up.
